Kidney Cancer Mouse models-Bhd-Eslr-Cre inducible knockout mice

Bhd-Eslr-Cre inducible knockout mice (Tamoxifen/estrogen inducible global knockout):

This mouse model was created by crossing Bhd-flox/flox mice and Cre recombinase-expressing mice Eslr-Cre. Cre reconbinase will not express until it is induced by injecting tamoxifen. Cre will express globly and Bhd gene will be disrupted in all cells/tissues. The knockout mice die within one month after tamoxifen injection.
